How does it work?

For large warehouse structures, modern commercial buildings or modern homes, Besser blocks are the most supportive, insulating and effective material over traditional wooden frame structures. Buildings are generally built using Besser blocks or set concrete panels to ensure that the structural integrity isn’t compromised due to termites, leaks and rotting. Apart from being a beautiful way to showcase raw materials, Besser blocks are low maintenance and require little finishing to pair with structural designs.

Besser block’s design features two hollow centres within the one block, requiring concrete to be pumped in after the wall is erected. The CFM team hold years of experience delivering and filling concrete to sites. We understand that masonry walls take time and precision to create, therefore we treat each project with utmost care. Where required, hand filling is appropriate to ensure each block is supported and compacted with filling. With larger sites, block fills are easily achieved using a line pump to ensure the concrete is smoothly distributed.
